Bug Description
Suppose the laptop battery is showing 100% charged just after completely charging it. It comes to 99% and jumps to 75%. And then it continues 74%...73%...72%... and so on.
It never shows 75% to 98% charge.
Exception : This bug is seen only when discharging, not charging.
Moreover, the battery capacity in power statistics is only 75.4% although my laptop is just 1 year old.

Which version of Mint are you using ?
BTW, depending on the type of battery and its usage, the fact that its capacity would have dropped to 75% in one year is not impossible.
