installation from DVD (linuxmint-12-gnome-dvd-32bit.iso) stopped several times before the installation language can be chosen

Bug Description
During the installation process, the installation process stopped several times.
Mouse click the installation icon (CD symbol) finally the screen went dark and thats it.
Restarting the computer was the only option.
It tooks several restarts before the installation was working more or less.
