Hello,
Just installed LMDE 201109 (the XFCE flavor). I am not 100% sure of this but usually i do no such mistakes @ installations.
What happened:
The 'fullname' field was used for username (account name, id 1000) and not the field below which reads 'username'. I would expect this field to be for account creation. If i were mistaken here then at least there should be a clarification.
I think it must have been my error, but just in case...PLease can you check this.
I logged out and used su root, grep -r and sed -i to correct this. Let's see that happens.
