Bug Description
Version: Linux Mint 12 (Using Gnome 3 Shell with MGSE)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure the bottom panel extension is enabled.
2) Open Nautilus and drag the window to the side edge of the screen so that it expands to fill half the screen.
3) Click into the Nautilus window and start typing as if you were searching for a file.
What is expected to happen:
) The user can see the box where the search characters entered are displayed.
What actually happens:
) The search character box is covered up by the bottom panel. Actually, part of the nautilus window itself is covered by the bottom panel, since resizing the nautilus window in that manner does not account for the presence of the bottom panel.

I think is related to these bug, I've noticed that Nautilus' contextual menu is also hidden below lower panel.
