MGSE window list misses some windows

When a dosbox window opens, it doesn't appear on the window list. alt+tab and the dock (in Activities) still shows it.
If I move the window to another workspace it appears on the window list of that workspace, and it also appears in the original one if I move it back.
Using Lisa RC, with Gnome 3.

EDIT: It seems it happens with other applications as well. Wine windows and games from the sgt-puzzles package also don't appear unless moved to a different workspace.

This bug affects gmusicbrowser too :
launch gmusicbrowser -> in window list
reduce gmusicbrowser in tray -> not in window list
restore gmusicbrowser -> not in window list

This problem should be solved because it affects Cinnamon too and, in Cinnamon, gmusicbrowser doesn't appear in systray nor in "exposition" view.
