mint 12 RC dont load after login

Bug Description
I just installed Linux Mint 12 RC 64bits and after normal login with standard Gnome (which is already selected) the menu bar and the full desktop dont load correctly, only the background appears or the icons on desktop but also crashes when clicking, and only works the ctrl + alt + del.
