desktop icons disappear on enable second display

Bug Description
1) Linux Mint 12 Lisa - RC
2) Enabled second display, disabled mirroring.
3) Desktop Icons disappeared.
4) Icons should be visible.
5) Always.
If i hit the left top corner with the mouse to bring up the gnome 3 "menu", the icons are flickering for a short duration and disappear again. This means the icons are still there, but not visible.
After a restart of the machine everything seems to be fine.
