Desktop restarts automatically

Linux Mint 12 Gnome 3 64bit
The desktop restarts automatically, like i do alt+2 and enter 'r'

how to reproduce it? i install /remove a program and desktop restarts again

It woks when i disable the mint menu in the bottompanel.

Could you open a terminal and run "gnome-shell --replace" then run an operation that makes the desktop crash and post here the errors messages printed in the terminal ?

I also experience random restarts of the gnome-shell. Every time after it starts, the following error messages occur:
