"Save as" dialog, the "Browse for other folders" does not work anymore since Since Update Pack 3

Using LMDE, since Update Pack 3, when opening the "Save as" dialog, the "Browse for other folders" does not work/open anymore.

I tried this with Firefox and gedit, same result.

Note that it was working until Update Pack 2.

I can confirm that this is happening with not only the Gnome version but also the XFCE version of LMDE.
