update-notifier icons indistinguishable

Bug Description

I'm using Debian "unstable" to which I added LMDE's repositories to get the excellent MintMenu and attractive themes.

With icons from the Mint-X theme I can't tell the difference between update-notifier's icons for "a package manager is working" and "updates are available". With the standard GNOME theme the former is pale grey and the latter is orange, but in Mint they're both dark grey.

I am experiencing the same issue. A few days ago, I was not. Using Mint 10 Julia, and not sure what other specs. Someone put Linux on the computer to help, and still don't have the specs on the computer copied and pasted where I can get it. Sorry for lack of add'l info, but trying to run 2 full time businesses, and wanted to report same issue as user in previous post.
