Cron should be disabled on Live CD / installation

Bug Description
It looks that when using installer from CD, a cron is running,
and starts hourly jobs, etc.
It would be better to remove or disable cron / anacron completly
on instalation medium, so it boots / install faster, and doesn't
interfere with setup process.

I agree with this in theory, though in practice I'm not convinced it could be considered a bug.
