Bug Description

Linux Mint: 11 (Katya)
Edition: Gnome 32-bit

I installed acroread using "apt-get install acroread" and opened a pdf file.

When I try changing preferences in Adobe Reader, the preferences window is always unresponsive. I cannot change any preferences and can close the preferences windows only by clicking the "Window Close" button in the title bar.

This happens every time I try to change a preference.

I have this same problem in Ubuntu. I figured out a way around it though. Use the keyboard and the tab keys. The spacebar will check and uncheck an option. Tab over to the "OK" button and press enter to exit and save. Same procedure works for adding buttons to the toolbar.
