I'm using Linux Mint 11/64 bit/. I have not had this problem in Linux Mint 10/same movie players/. This happening always when a try to watch a movie. I tried to change compiz settings, metacity, and theme settings. Nothing happened.

I've fixed this. I downgraded the new Compiz to 0.8.6. It was a Compiz bug.

Downgrading the version of Compiz is a workaround - it's not an actual fix to the bug.
