Keepass2 cannot be reviewed

OS: LMDE Gnome (fully updated at 2011/05/18)
Keepass2 Version: 2.15+dfsg-2

When I try to submit the review of Keepass2, it always produce following error message.

The package you're trying to review was not found in our database. Please contact the development team about this.

Confirming the same problem with package fonts-linuxlibertine, after writing a review in Software Manager and trying to send it, it wrote the same error (Invalid package name, The package you're trying to review was not found in our database. Please contact the development team about this.)

However, when writing the same comment into the "dummy"/transitional package "ttf-linux-libertine", it worked OK.
