Bluetooth cant recieve out of the box

Bug Description

When linux mint 11 is installed, the bluetooth device can send but i cant receive anything, because gnome-personal-sharing is not installed by default.

I have a similar issue with Mint 11 on my Fujitsu t730. Bluetooth icon is greyed out in the task bar. If I restart it in terminal, it comes to life until the next boot.

This bug persists into Mint (and is duplicated on this bugtracker as issue #771910).
