Workspace switcher not working correctly

When moving an application from one workspace to another, the actual move does not take place until user actually clicks on the new workspace. IE: I move Pan from workspace 1 to Workspace 6, via right click on the tab in the lower panel. Select "Move to another workspace, and click on the receiving workspace in the menu. Nothing happens until I physically left click on the icon for the receiving workspace.
