Bug Description
1) The version and edition of Linux Mint you are using (if you are not sure, open a terminal and run "mintwelcome").
Release: 1 (debian)
Edition: Debian 32-bit
2) What you did for the problem to happen, and how to reproduce it.
I have cairo-dock installed, and tried to add icons to the dock by dragging from the mint menu, but the icon isn't accepted. If dragged from the desktop for example it works. I created a topic in the cairo-dock forum and it seems the problem is from the mint menu.
Here's the topic: http://
Its easier to understand the problem by reading that topic (also 'fabounet' found the problem, its there on that topic).
3) What happened.
The icons aren't accepted from the mint menu.
4) What you expected to happen instead.
That the icons would be added to the dock.
5) If the problem happened once, sometimes, or always.
Always.
Thank you for reporting this bug to us!
Also, thanks to fabounet for making the search criteria for this bug more specific.
I cannot exactly say what this bug is right now without testing different situations
etc. with the mintMenu. A situation needs to arise where the mintMenu can
act as a valid drag_source to both nautilus and cairo-dock without breaking any
existing functionality.
I shall investigate this further, and if it happens that mintMenu is at fault I will
look at publishing a patch for it.
