[debian] Pulseaudio hal not enabled

Bug Description

On LMDE, by default there is no pulseaudio that works. In main edition, pulseaudio is configured to load sound modules by querying hal, which appears to be installed and working on LMDE.

This means the gnome volume control does nothing and apps fall back on alsa or just don't work.

The attached patch enables pulseaudio on LMDE and works just like the ubuntu-based version.

Can't feed to 'Audacity' as I could with Ubuntu 10.10.
