Bug Description

Alright, so i just installed Linux Mint, everything went dandy. I turn on my computer, the Grub loader boots, i pick Mint, and it beings to start. Then, text pops up saying JOSH-LAPTOP LOGIN, and it asks for a password. I cant type one in, because this pops up nonstop:

"ACPI: EC: Input buffer not empty, aborting transaction"

i cant boot into mint, because this pops up nonstop. Also, same stuff with the recovery boot too.

Dell Studio 1737

The live demo worked really well, but after i installed it it wont work.

I have found that the latest version of Ubuntu 9.10 has this battery recognized and resolves this issue at the bottom of this page here:

I am almost positive that if you try installing the latest LM 9 Isadora edition you will find this resolves your issue.
Thank you :) Let us know how it goes.
