remote desktop doesn`t support desktop effects

Remote desktop viewer gets only initial screen view which is not updated, if the host has desktop effects enabled.
All the mouse and keyboard commands are transmitted blindly.

I understand that fixing it may take long time, so I propose dealing with it in three stages:

1. informing user iabout this issue when enabling remote desktop connection in Mint next release
2. turning desktop effects off automatically when remote viewer connects, so the user is not bugged
3. fixing it someday

I guess that's something that will need to be done upstream. In the meantime, we can keep an eye on it for the next release and if it's still an issue, we can add this to the release notes.

This has actually been a bug since 2006 and not in compiz but either the X server or the drivers. This was very well verified but no one seems to have done anything with it since.
