Bug Description

Using Gloria from a default installation, with default settings on the Cups-pdf driver installed, GnuCash 2.2.6 fails to print. Print preview is fine and the OS returns a job completed message however the PDF is blank.

Using http://localhost:631/printers I added a second PDF printer using the driver already provided and everything works fine. OOo and other applications appeared to work ok with the default driver though my testing could not be described as through.

confirmed as a Mint-specific issue on stock Gloria, gnucash v2.2.6-2ubuntu5.
However, setting to low importance since there's a trivial workaround: the print to file printer (which is also available on Jaunty and defaults to pdf) works fine, so use that in the mean time.

Steps to reproduce:
1) install and run gnucash
2) close the tips window and continue to create new accounts, cancel the wizard
3) Report > Account Summary
4) File > Print Report
5) select the print to pdf printer, open the ~/gnucash_job__1.pdf file to confirm it's blank
