Nemo in the root session the preferences doesn't stick

Bug Description
1) Linux Mint 18.3
2) Open Nemo (file manager), right click open as a root, chose edit > preferences > toolbar and tick the option, while u check them one removes the other one from the toolbar, unlike the normal user session.
3) the toolbar appear but when u choose another option it removes the first one and appear instead
4) both option should be working and appear
5) always happens.
