System Settings not responsive

Bug Description

After last update to Cinnamon v 3.6.4 on Mint 18.3 Sylvia 64bit the System Settings dialogue isn't responding any more.
This includes any settings that are included in system settings, p.e. Themes, Mouse/Touchpad, etc.
Running cinnamon-settings from the terminal gives the following output:

  File "/usr/share/cinnamon/cinnamon-settings/modules/cs_sound.py", line 689
    icon = iconTheme.load_icon("bluetooth", 32, 0)
       ^
IndentationError: expected an indented block
