Bug Description
The CPU always works unbalanced while opening the gnome system monitor, this happens often but not always. The solution I took was to restart the computer, but often I had to restart over and over again to make the 2 core cpu run balanced.
This problem occurs when I increase from 17.3 to 18.2 sonya (now 18.2 sonya)
Processor: intel celeron 1037U 1.8GHz
