eternally loading when start pc while is charging

Bug Description
I've got the 18.2 - Sonya version of Linux Mint.
My problem is when i put my computer in charge and if i shut it down or it is already, when i turned it on, appears the Linux Mint loading but continue in eternally and the system never start.
I tried a lot of times waiting for the start without any result.
Finally i switch the charging and then the system start without any problem.
This happen every time i turned on the pc while,instead is in charging.
