Bug Description
Startup finished in 2.887s (firmware) + 3.347s (loader) + 6.496s (kernel) + 8.450s (userspace) = 21.181s
in which NetworkManager-

Hi,
The issue with this service developed on my machine too, since the latest upgrade of Network Manager. Network Manager is gradually accruing system boot time requiring more and more time just to report back to this service that the network is ready???
With this service enabled, systemd-analyze time returns on my machine:
Startup finished in 3.067s (kernel) + 12.720s (userspace) = 15.787s
When disabled:
Startup finished in 3.052s (kernel) + 1.899s (userspace) = 4.952s
