wrong reflecting on task panel when monogame based application works

18.2 version
I've run monogame based application, then I closed some applications and their buttons stay on task panel. I pressed this buttons but nothing action. When I closed monogame based application then buttons of rarely closed applications hid.
Also system time was reflected wrong. Actually was time a 18 pm but was reflected 12 pm.
