Linux Mint KDE 18.1 serena

1 Network Manager does not detect Huawei E3276 GSM dongle with Airtel 4G also, need to reboot system even to connect.
2 Reliance Jio profile is not present, also it does not seem to be working even after creating custom profile (Reliance Jio does not have 2G, 3G network, only 4G)
In short Network Manager is not as functional as Linux Mint Mate 17.3, or earlier versions, works like it has seen alien dongle.
