network-manager-strongswan missing from list of selectable vpn configuration options

Bug Description

When installing network-manager-strongswan, I should be able to create a new VPN connection -> Strongswan (IPSEC). Only problem, even though it's installed, it's not selectable. I'll try to gather more info as needed. Thank you in advance. :)

It looks like this needs a network-manager-strongswan-gnome package, which is not provided by the Mint repositories.

They reported that bug fixed in version 1.4.0 https://wiki.strongswan.org/issues/1429
Current version in Mint 18.1 is 1.3.1-1ubuntu1
