Bug Description

I installed Linux Mint MATE 18 and parametered MATE like here : http://www.numopen.fr/Parametrer-Linux-Mint-MATE
When I copy all the /home/<user>/ content and paste it in another Linux Mint 18 installation, I don't found MATE identical. Is there configurations parameters that are saved in /etc or somewhere else instead of /home/<user>/ directory ?

Hi David,

Make sure you include all hidden dirs, including the .config dir, the cache for dconf etc..

Yes, I'm sure, I used mc as root to copy /home content on a USB stick, from a Linux Mint MATE 18.0 installation. After, I copied all on a new Linux MATE 18.1 installation.
I joined here a screenshot of Linux Mint MATE 18.0, Linux Mint MATE 18.1 before copying files and after copying files.
