xed text view does not match cursor position

Bug Description

Save and close a text file with more lines than the view can show and the cursor position such that the first line of the file is not on the screen. Re-open the file; the cursor position has not changed, but the text view starts at line 1. The text view should be consistent with the cursor position.

Related to this problem, when scrolling the file with the scroll bar, the cursor position does not change, whereas scrolling with PageUp/PageDown/arrow keys does change the cursor position. I don't know if you consider this a bug or a feature. Personally, I think the cursor position should change.

This is in Linux Mint 18 'Sarah' Mate 64-bit with xed 1.0.6. I didn't try it in any other version of Mint.
