Brightness tab not showing in power management

Bug Description
I am running Linux Mint 18 Cinnamon. After a fresh install i couldn't set brightness based on power source. There was only two tab in power management. It's supposed to be another tab named "Brightness" after "Batteries" tab where brightness level based on power source can be set.But it's not there. I updated my system fully, but no luck there.
System Information:
Make: Asus
Model: X44HR (k84hr motherboard, latest BIOS and cpu microcode installed)
CPU: Intel Core-i3
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7470M
Storage: 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM
Note that KDE Plasma and MATE works fine with brightness change based on power source.
