Bug Description
Banal error in the window "Welcome to update Manager" in Linux Mint 18 "Sarah"
I installed Linux Mint 18 on the computer HP mini 5101, 10.1 inches, and all went well except that I can not activate the update manager because I can not get out of the window welcoming. No scrolling, does not work alt-tab, tab and similar combinations, reducing the screen resolution does not help.... conclusion - it is impossible to confirm because the OK button is out off the screen.

I found a solution to move the window (Alt-F7), but I think that this should definitely be corrected.
