mint 18 cinnamon + driver nvidia-361 + geforce 780m = flickers/ruffle my screen

My system:
Notebook asus g750hj
i7-4700hq
nvidia geforce 780m
Linux mint 18 cinnamon
Vanilla kernel
driver nvidia-361.42-0ubuntu2(recommend) - causes flickering on the display. black screen when first booting. After the second restart of the third - the system is booted.
driver nvidia-340.96-0ubuntu3 - black screen when booting.
driver nvidia-367(from third-party repositories) - All the same ripples on the screen.

Now I sit in the xserver-xorg-video-nouveau(free) 1:1.0.12-1build2 and there is no screen flicker and ripple. But I need the proprietary driver.
