Bug Description

hello

Linux mint 18 or ubuntu 16.04 both 64bit
speaker 2.1

What happened:
subwoofer doesn't work. No sound.
Only the 2 front speaker works.
problem happened always with LM or ubuntu.

what I have done to resolved this problem (my test):
HDAJackRetask -> select realtek alc233 -> show unconnect pins -> Pin ID:Ox1b -> Override -> Internal Speaker-> apply now.

result:
subwoofer is on, but nothing happened. The subwoofer give no sound.

Thanks for Help.

I have try this patch, It was working once, until I closed hdajackretask, and after that, every try make sound completely disabled, like pulseaudio deamon not responding.

I was very happy to have my subwoofer, but it seem that this way is very unstable.
