Bug Description

KAZAM (https://launchpad.net/kazam) is as simple as the actual screenshot application in Linux Mint MATE but it can make video capture too. It would be great to have it in the Linux Mint MATE distribution instead of the actual screenshot application.

And remove mate-screenshot from mate-utils. It's impossible to remove mate-screenshot only.
