Login screen: Focus is lost after switching language

Bug Description
1) Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa KDE 64bit
2) Switch language to the different to default language (I have switched to Russian, English (US) is default)
Lock computer using Ctrl+Alt+L
Switch language (Alt+Shift)
3) Password input field is not highlighted and You must use mouse or touchpad to set focus on required field
4) Need to keep focus on password field
5) Reproduced 100%
