Bug Description

Version: Mint 17.3
All files, belonging to the packages apturl (0.4.1ubuntu4.1mint3) and apturl-common (0.4.1ubuntu4.1mint1) have wrong owner. They belongs not to the root, but to a user with uid 1000, this is certainly security issue.
