Bug Description

Using Mint 17.1 Cinnamon, when adding handbrake to the launcher and enlarging the panel, the handbrake icon breaks and reverts to a generic cog icon.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Install handbrake
2.Click Menu and right click handbrake and add it to the panel
3.Right click panel, choose panel settings and check use customized panel size and scale text and icons.
4.Enlarge the panel and note that as you enlarge the panel in increments the handbrake icon breaks at some of the sizes.

Can reproduce it everytime.

This appears to be a problem with the mint-x-icons as other icons do not exhibit this behaviour.

I opened a thread on the mint forums here http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=196204&p=1018899#p1018899

There is a screen grab there but it's pretty self explanatory.

It is also not specific to cinnamon either, mate also has the same problem so it's definitely a mint-x-icons issue.
