Bug Description
This is on Mint 17.1 64-bit x86 running Cinnamon.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
1. Use Software Update and accidentally leave it running.
2. Notice software updates in the tray.
3. Open the window from the tray and select to install updates.
4. Authenticate.
5. Silent failure; updates do not install and the user is returned to Software Update's main UI.
WHAT I EXPECT TO HAPPEN
5. An error message telling me some other program has a lock and I need to close that program.
