[mintinstall] Able to open endless 'Account Information' dialogs

Bug Description
Linux Mint 17.1 "Rebecca" - Cinnamon 64 bit
1. In Software Manager (mintinstall), Edit > Account information
2. repeat step 1 as many times as desired
3. a new dialog will appear with each iteration
I expect that the existing dialog should be given focus when this menu item is selected again, rather than generating potentially infinite new dialog boxes.
