Bug Description

Hello there.

NOTE: I don't think this should be on github because afaik the "Control Center" is the same across all "desktops".

The mouse "acceleration" and "threshold" default settings are -1 in dconf (both), however, when you use the GUI to change them, there's no way to go back to -1 since the GUI sliders range from 1 to 10.

Guidelines compliance:
1) 17.1 "Rebecca", Cinnabar version, 64-bit
2) Go to System Settings>Mouse and Touchpad and adjust the sliders under "Pointer Speed".
3) The previous values can't be restored even moving the sliders back
4) The sliders positions should reflect the actual mouse speed, or even better, a 'restore defaults' button
5) Always. 100% Reproducible.
