add-apt-repository fails on Linux Mint Rebecca

Bug Description

When I try to use add-apt-repository on Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca, I get this error:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mercurial-ppa/releases

Reinstall mintsources package, that should fix it.

Thanks. I'm not sure what packages updated since I last tried -- I didn't need to reinstall mintsources -- but this works for me now.

mintSources 1.3.9 should prevent issues like this one from happening anymore.
