Bug Description
Version : Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca Cinnamon 64-bit
Open System Settings, select language Settings. It takes more tan 5 seconds (Cpu Intel i7-4800MQ CPU @ 2.7 GHZ * 4) to generate the dialog => users click several times on the icon => multiple dialogs are shown. Please improve the responsiveness of this dialog.
LinuxMint fresh install.
