Bug Description

Version/Specs:
- Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon
- Nvidia Quadro K2200
- Nvidia Drivers: xorg-peppers ppa nvidia-140 (using these xorg settings)
- ASUS P287Q (DP 1.2) - main monitor supposedly (most things look great but dual monitors with different DPI is weird)
- Lenovo ThinkVision 1600x1200 (DVI) - 2nd monitor

Some background:
When I made the computer, the card automatically assumes the DVI port is the first monitor especially during boot, but obviously, I changed the settings via nvidia settings in sudo to make my main monitor the ASUS.

What I do is that I will lock the screen for 20+ minutes and leave it idle. It doesn't matter I tell Cinnamon to turn off the monitors after a certain time or not.

What happens is that the main monitor will move to the Lenovo monitor when I lock the screen as said above. When I log in from a log-out or clean reboot.

I expect that when I log back in from the lock screen, the main monitor will be the ASUS Monitor. To fix the problem, I have to log out and log back in.

This problem happens 100% of the time.
