I got back screen when visiting some web site on google chrome browser. The reproduction of the issue is often. I think it's not reproduced with FireFox.
The bug is produced when playing some video on youtube, but also when visiting other web sites, even some chrome extension install page from google store.
When playing a video on youtube and the screen got black the sound continue to play back. Restarting Xorg does not help.
So the overall system does not hang. The issue seems related to the X11 system.
I'm using Linux Mint 17. (64 bit)
Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104 (64-bit)
