LibreOffice base 4.1.3.2's Table design: Insert rows

Bug Description

When attempting to insert a new row from the context menu, nothing happens. Technically, it would allow to insert a new row. Please see the attached picture for more details.

I am using Linux mint with D.E. Cinnamon version 3.11.0-12-generic 64 bits
Description: Linux Mint 16 Petra
Release: 16

 $ apt-cache policy libreoffice
libreoffice:
