Bug Description
Not all settings options are shown when you click "Settings" in the default Whisker menu of Mint 17 Xfce.
For *all* settings, you have to click the "All settings" button. That's confusing, even more so because both the button and the menu entry use the same icon.

The 'Settings' option in the Whisker menu is not complete as some individual items of the settings panel itself cannot be found outside of that panel (Mouse Settings, ...) .
