Bug Description

Mint 17, 64 bit, fresh install, then dist-upgrade. I attach a screenshot of the Driver Manager. It can not recognise one of the cards, and shows a wrong driver for the other card. Also, does not allow for the latest driver for 8600 GTS, even that it actually uses that driver without problems. The system has two cards: 8600 GTS connected to a monitor and GTX 780 unconnected. Both use the lastest nvidia driver.

This problems occurs also in other Ubuntu derivatives, so not a Mint bug.

Workaround to install the NVIDIA driver: unplug the 2nd card, install the driver, plug the 2nd card, the driver will work on both.
