Next you need to enter an encryption key that you can enter with the correct (thanks to previous setup steps). But if you try to unlock your encrypted drive during the first boot, you will notice that at this stage your keyboard-layout isn't restored yet, so you will get problems with special characters. Instead the keyboard layout should be homogenous while the system runs and encourage you to use a high variety of charachters in your password phrase.
